Storyline:

Personal Opinion on Lovely Runner KDrama
The first ten episodes were actually really good. The story felt fresh, the time-travel angle kept me hooked, and I loved not knowing how things would change. It felt like even the smallest action could shift everything. But the plot got a bit messy at times, especially with the female lead’s choices and some confusing communication gaps. The male lead being slow and trying too hard to act cool didn’t help either. And when everything was reset in the end, it made me wonder what the point of the earlier build-up was.
Later on, it turned into a pretty standard rom-com. I did enjoy the countryside and seaside moments — those scenes felt light and genuine. Some parts were predictable, and the pacing felt rushed, especially toward the end. I was also expecting deeper themes about depression and pressure from fame, but that didn’t really go anywhere. It became very focused on just the main couple.
That said, the acting and music were great. Grandma was honestly the best character, and I had such a soft spot for Kim Tae Seong — I was really rooting for him.
